RT-PCR test
RT-PCR test (Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction test) is a test method that collects RNA from saliva or sputum from a suspected testees and determines that it is positive if it matches the RNA of the real infectees in a certain ratio or more. A test result can be issued on the the day of the test if testees get test before 11am.
For the RT-PCR test method for overseas travellers, the first step is to check whether there are any abnormal symptoms, and fill out the personal information and basic epidemiological survey. After submitting the basic epidemiologic survey, testees will be tested by medical specilaist in the separate laboratory
